If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unopened, with original seals intact)
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:

  • Lip products (lipsticks, lip glosses, lip liners)
  • Mascaras and liquid eyeliners
  • Any skincare products where the seal has been broken

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

For PayPal payments, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size:

  1. Follow the same return process above, indicating you wish an exchange
  2. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
  3. You will receive tracking information for your new item

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with returns
